Vitamin B intake linked to better cognitive functions

Cognitive functions tend to decline with increasing age. This has also been linked to Alzheimer's disease. Vitamin B complex derivatives including Pyridoxine and Methycobal have been believed to delay the impairment in cognitive function and retard the progression of dementia.
